The Hot Tub and Swim Spa’s sales team is highly knowledgeable with at least two people per type of product having received manufacturer on-site training. Our full-time Service Engineers and Installation staff are experienced and qualified by the various product manufacturers we represent. Our long standing senior hot tub and swim spa engineer, Tompall Gibbs, won UK Engineer of the Year 2015 at the NEC Birmingham Industry Awards.

We welcome visitors at our United Kingdom Showroom of The Year (for Wellness, Spa, Hot Tubs and Swimming Pools 2013 and 2015) and invite you to enjoy our quarter-acre indoor and outdoor haven of peace and tranquillity. 70% of our showroom is under-cover so here you can envision your new hot tub, swim spa, gazebo or sauna as it would look at your home. We know you might want to experience an item prior to purchase, so we have private hot tub and swim spa wet tests and sauna sessions – all you need to do is request a private changing area.

If you live too far away to visit us or prefer to chat on the phone our staff can assist with any questions you might have, 7 days a week. You don’t need to visit us to buy something from us, we can do all the paperwork over the phone or online with you. If you do decide to travel a distance to come and see us, we will even contribute towards your petrol and have your car cleaned while you are here, just to say thank you for coming.
