Heater and stone inspection

Stone compartment checked and cleared
All stones removed from the heater
Grit, gravel, and chalky deposits cleaned from the stone compartment
Stones inspected for cracks or damage
Broken or deteriorated stones identified for replacement
Stones restacked correctly to allow free airflow
Guidance provided on stone replacement frequency based on usage

Heater components

Heating elements checked to ensure correct operation
Temperature limit control and overheat protection inspected
Heater exterior wiped down to remove lint and dust
Electrical connections visually checked

Combi sauna models with steam function

Water reservoir emptied and cleaned
Reservoir descaled where required using appropriate descaling agent
Fragrance holder, air humidifier, and herb bowl cleaned
Steam generation system inspected

Sauna room maintenance

Annual deep clean including sanding
Benches sanded to remove stains and restore surface
Floors cleaned or vacuumed
Ventilation system checked, air intake and exhaust vents cleared
Door seals and hinges inspected
Wooden surfaces oiled where recommended by the manufacturer
Outdoor sauna models inspected, sealing available as an additional service

Safety checks

Controls and settings tested
Door operation checked to ensure it opens outward correctly

What to expect from your service visit

Where possible, your appointment will be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. On the day, our engineer will carry out a full inspection and maintenance visit using professional equipment and leave clear guidance on any recommendations.
