Day 1 – Deep clean and system care

Water quality tested
Scale treatment and high-dosage antibacterial product added
Full system flush using specialist high-dosage sanitiser and descaler
Hot tub and swim spa fully drained and vacuumed
Shells cleaned using dedicated surface cleaner or scale treatment
Existing spa filter cartridges cleaned
Pre-filter baskets cleaned
Removable hydrotherapy jets cleaned where possible
Jet housings cleaned and de-scaled
Swim spa swim jets recalibrated where required
Hot tub refilled and swim spa filling initiated
Pumps and heaters tested
MOT-style health check of pumps, filtration system, lighting system, and jet function
Covers cleaned and polished
Vinyl restorer and protector applied to covers and pillows

Day 2 – Recommissioning

Swim spa switched back on
Two new filters added
All functions checked
Systems purged
Water rebalanced in both hot tub and swim spa
Engineer’s maintenance sheet emailed with condition report and recommendations

What to expect from your service visit

This service is delivered over two visits. Access to a hose and electricity is required, and appointments are confirmed where possible at least 48 hours in advance.
