What’s included

Our annual hot tub service is a full deep clean and system health check carried out by our in-house engineers. Instead of listing every individual task, we’ve grouped the work into clear areas so it’s easy to understand what’s included.

Deep clean and hygiene reset

Full drain, vacuum, and refill
Biofilm pipework flush and system rinse
Shell, jets, jet housings, and filters cleaned
High-dosage antibacterial and scale treatment applied

System health and performance checks

Full operational and MOT-style health check
Pumps, control panel, filtration, lighting, and jets inspected
Heating and filtration systems checked and adjusted
System primed, purged, and left running

Water quality and filtration

Water tested, recorded, and professionally balanced
Existing filter cleaned
New filter supplied up to £80 retail value

Cover, cabinet, and finishing care

Cover cleaned including seams and joints
Vinyl restorer applied to cover and pillows
Everlast cabinet cleaned and polished

Optional extras

Wood cabinet treatment available for a £150 surcharge, including a light rub down and one coat of stain, with any additional work quoted separately, bar and stools included for £35 extra.
