This contract covers all essential servicing across the year, grouped clearly so it’s easy to understand what you receive.
If the annual service contract is taken out within 3 months of installation, your hot tub warranty is extended by 1 year free of charge.

Warranty extensions cover electrical components only and do not include labour or hot tub covers.
What to expect from your service visits
Where possible, service appointments will be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. On each visit, our engineer will require access to a hose and electricity to carry out the work efficiently.
All servicing is completed by our fully trained, in-house engineers using professional equipment and expert product knowledge.
