This annual service covers all major care areas in one visit.

Deep clean and hygiene reset

Full biofilm pipework and system flush, then rinsed
Swim spa fully drained and vacuumed
Swim spa shell cleaned using specialised surface cleaner or scale treatment
Hydrotherapy jets removed and cleaned where possible
Jet housings cleaned and de-scaled

System health and performance checks

Full operational check
MOT-style health check of control panel, pumps, filtration system, lighting system, and jet function
HydroClear system UV lamp changed where fitted, one replacement per year, price TBA
System primed and purged

Water quality and filtration

Water quality tested and recorded
Existing filter cartridge cleaned
New filter cartridge fitted to filtration system
Swim spa refilled and water professionally rebalanced

Cover and cabinet care

Swim spa cover cleaned and polished
Vinyl restorer and protector applied to cover and pillows
Everlast cabinet cleaned and polished

Optional extras

Wood cabinet treatment available for a £150 surcharge, including a light rub down and one coat of stain, with any additional work quoted separately, bar and stools included for £35 extra.

What to expect from your service visit

Your service will be carried out by a fully trained, in-house engineer. Access to a hose and electricity is required on the day, and appointments are confirmed where possible at least 48 hours in advance.
