Routine checks and system health

Full operational check of the swim spa
MOT-style health check of control panels, pumps, filtration system, lighting systems, and jet function
Heating and filtration systems checked and adjusted to customer requirements

Water care and hygiene

Water quality tested
Scale treatment and high-dosage antibacterial product added
Approximately one third of the water drained
Swim spa refilled and water rebalanced
System purged

Cleaning and finishing

Swim spa shell cleaned above the water level using specialised surface cleaner and scale treatment
Spa filter housing and filter cartridge cleaned
Everlast cabinet polished
Pillows, filter lids, and strainer baskets wiped
Underside and top of swim spa cover wiped
Vinyl protector and restorer applied to cover and neck cushions

Final checks

Second full operational check completed
Swim spa left running
Engineer’s maintenance sheet provided with timings and service specifications

What to expect from your service visit

Where possible, your appointment will be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. On the day, our engineer will require access to a hose and electricity to carry out the service efficiently. All work is completed by fully trained, in-house engineers.
